We ship to the United States only. No International orders at
this time.
All orders on merchandise $50.00 or more (not including
shipping & handling fees) include FREE FIRST CLASS SHIPPING WITH
USPS.
Rock925Jewelry.com typically processes and ships your order
within 24-36 hours from the time you place your order.
We cannot mail your order to a P.O. Box.
We do NOT process international orders.
FREE shipping is available for all orders over $50.00 of
products! (via USPS First Class Mail in the United States ONLY,
excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico)
A tracking number will be provided for you to check the
status of your order once it is shipped.
We offer the following shipping methods through the United
States Postal Service:
Basic First Class USPS: 3-10 business days (from shipping
date) $5.95
Each additional product is $2.00.

Undeliverable Packages
Occasionally packages are returned to us undeliverable. When
a carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we will
immediately contact you for an updated reshipment address. If we
do not receive any contact within a week of the package being
returned, we will issue a refund less the shipping costs.
Incorrect Address
We ship all packages based on the address that you entered
during checkout. Please make sure that the address you enter in
is correct.
Advice on Receiving Your Package
Packages that contain more than $300 of merchandise will
always require a signature; otherwise, it is generally up to the
driver's discretion to determine whether a signature is
required. Please note that required signatures for any package
regardless of value costs extra and is not a standard option. If
you must require a signature confirmation for your order, please
contact us to place your order.
Your delivery driver may or may not leave your package at the
door or around your house if no one is home. If you do not want
a package to be left unattended, please leave a note at the door
for the driver to not leave it unattended. If you reside in an
apartment complex or have friendly neighbors, you can leave a
note instructing the driver to leave the package at a leasing
office or at a neighbors.
How do I track my order?
For United States domestic orders, please check your email
for your shipping carrier and tracking number to find the
location of your package. Please allow up to 72 hours after you
have received your email with your tracking number for the
shipment to be processed.
